Where are you based? Do you work outside of NYC?

Raised Media Co. is based in New York City, but we work with clients across the country. We regularly travel for shoots from New York to Los Angeles and internationally depending on the project scope.

What does a typical project cost?

Every project is custom-priced based on the scope.

How long does the process take from start to finish?

Smaller shoots with quick turnarounds can be done in 1–2 weeks. Larger campaigns or multi-day shoots typically take 3–5 weeks including pre-production and edits. Rush delivery is available depending on availability.

Can you work under our agency’s brand (white-label)?

Absolutely. We regularly serve as a white-label partner for marketing agencies and studios. Our crew can represent your brand on set, use your branding in client communication, and stay completely behind-the-scenes.

Do you handle creative direction or just production?

We do both. If you already have a script or concept, we’ll bring it to life. If you’re still figuring out the vision, we offer creative development, storyboarding, and strategy to build something from scratch.

How do you deliver the final content?

We deliver assets via a shared cloud folder, typically using Frame.io for video review. You’ll get high-resolution files, web-optimized versions, and any requested edits.

Do you offer ongoing content creation packages?

Yes. For brands that need regular content, we offer monthly and quarterly retainers that include photo, video, and editing support. These are great for startups, growing brands, or agencies that want a consistent creative partner.

Do you shoot with audio and lighting equipment?

Yes. All video shoots include professional lighting, audio, and camera gear. We scale up or down depending on the needs—interview setups, multi-cam shoots, run-and-gun, or polished studio looks.

How far in advance should I book a shoot?

We recommend 2–4 weeks in advance, but we do accept last-minute requests if the schedule allows. Priority is given to existing clients and long-term partners.
