We don't sell your data. We never have. We never will. We collect the bare minimum to do our job and communicate with the people who want to hear from us. That's it.
What We Collect
If you sign up for our newsletter, we collect your name and email address. That's all. We don't track your browsing habits, build profiles on you, or collect anything beyond what you voluntarily give us.
If you fill out our contact form, we collect your name, email address, and whatever you write in the message field. That information goes directly to our team so we can respond to you. It doesn't go anywhere else.
What We Don't Do
We do not sell, rent, trade, or share your personal information with third parties. Period. Not to advertisers. Not to data brokers. Not to "trusted partners." Not to anyone. This is not negotiable and it never will be.
How We Use Your Information
Newsletter subscribers: We send you our newsletter. That's the only reason we have your email. You can unsubscribe anytime and we'll delete your information.
Contact form submissions: We use your information to respond to your inquiry. Once the conversation is over, we don't use it for anything else.
Cookies
Our website may use basic cookies to keep things running properly. We don't use tracking cookies to follow you around the internet. We don't run retargeting ads. If you came to our site, looked around, and left, that's between you and your browser.
Third-Party Services
Our website is hosted on Framer. These services have their own privacy policies. We chose them because they take privacy seriously too, but we'd encourage you to read their policies if you're curious.
Your Rights
You can ask us to delete your information at any time. Email us at hello@raisedmediaco.com and we'll take care of it. No hoops, no forms, no 30-day waiting period.
Children's Privacy
Our website and services are not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we've collected information from a child, contact us immediately and we'll delete it.
California Privacy Rights
If you're a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). You can request to know what personal information we've collected, request deletion of your data, and opt out of data sales. Not that the last one matters. We don't sell data. Ever.
