Our privacy stance
We don't sell your information. We never have, and we never will. We're not in the data business, the ad-targeting business, or the profile-building business. We're here to make great video and photography.
The only information we collect automatically is anonymous and aggregated. It tells us things like the general region visitors come from and which pages get used, so we can design a better website. It does not identify you personally, and it isn't sold or shared for advertising.

- Information you give us directly. If you fill out our contact form or subscribe to our newsletter, you provide details like your name, email, company, and message. Our forms are processed by Web3Forms and our newsletter is managed by Beehiiv. If you become a client, you share the project information we need to do the work.
- Anonymous usage data, collected automatically. When you browse, our analytics tools record aggregated, non-identifying data such as approximate region, device and browser type, pages viewed, and the link that referred you. This is not tied to your identity.
How we use it
- To respond to inquiries and provide quotes.
- To deliver, manage, and invoice for our services.
- To send our newsletter, which you can unsubscribe from at any time.
- To understand, in aggregate, how the site is used so we can improve it.
- To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.
We do not use your information to target you with advertising or to build a profile about you.
Photo & video content
As a production company, we create photo and video content that may include people, brands, and locations. Use of that content is governed by the agreement and any releases for each specific project. If you appear in content we captured and have a question or request about it, contact us and we'll work with you.
Data retention
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above, including to provide services and meet legal and accounting requirements. Project files and footage are retained according to the terms of each project and our standard archival practices, then deleted or anonymized.
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information and rely on reputable providers to store and process it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect your data and respond quickly if an issue arises.
Your rights & choices
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal information you've given us, or to opt out of certain processing. To make a request, email us at hello@raisedmediaco.com and we'll respond as required by applicable law. You can unsubscribe from our newsletter anytime using the link in any email.
Third-party links
Our site may link to other websites and platforms we don't control, such as social media or partner sites. Their privacy practices are their own, and we encourage you to review their policies.
Children's privacy
Our site and services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we'll delete it.
