Pricing, explained

Questions about pricing, packages, and how it all works

Runtime is not the price. What goes into those 30 seconds is. A $2,000 cut might be a single shooter, one location, a quick turnaround, and a clean straightforward edit. A $10,000 version could mean a multi-camera crew, a scouted location or built set, talent, hair and makeup, licensed music, motion graphics, and full color and sound. Same length, completely different production. We price the work behind the frame, not the frame itself.

We scope it to what the project actually needs, then price from real costs. Service type, crew size, number of shoot days, location and travel, post-production, turnaround, and how you plan to use the footage all move the number. That is exactly what the calculator above is doing. Nothing is charged per minute or pulled from a rate card that ignores your project. Once we talk specifics, the estimate becomes a proper quote with every line spelled out.

Everything it takes to go from idea to final files. Pre-production and planning, a professional crew, the gear, shoot-day coverage, editing, color grading, sound, licensed music, and your deliverables in the formats you need. You also own the final work with full usage rights. One team handles it start to finish, so you are not stitching together a separate shooter, editor, and colorist yourself.

No hard cap. We build revision rounds into every scope, but we are not the kind of company that charges you every time you have a note. We want it right as much as you do. If something needs another pass to land, we talk about it and get it there. The goal is a final you are genuinely happy with, not a stopwatch on your feedback.

Yes, all of it is baked in. Cameras and lighting, specialized rentals like drones, cinema lenses, and grip, plus the parts nobody sees, like media storage, backups, editing software and plugin subscriptions, and asset management. That market shifts constantly, and rates on rentals, storage, and media fees move with it. We account for all of that up front so it never lands as a surprise line on your invoice.

You are paying for a team, time, gear, and judgment that make the work reliable and on-brand, not just a person with a camera. A lot of the cost is invisible. Pre-production, insurance, licensing, post-production, and storage all cost real money before a single deliverable goes out. Our prices are built from those numbers, which is why they hold up. When every part of a price has a reason behind it, you know exactly what you are paying for.

The calculator gives you a real ballpark based on how we actually price, so it is a strong starting point. The final quote is scoped to your specifics and itemized line by line before you commit to anything. If the scope changes along the way, we flag it before any cost does. No surprise invoices, ever.
