Jordan, thanks for the two minutes. Here's what stood out: every gym in New York is selling transformation, and you're quietly selling the opposite. A place to train without being watched. No mirrors is not a design choice, it's a thesis.

Final number depends on scope choices we'd make together (cast size, rig, photography add-ons, music licensing tier). A signed scope locks the price. Our projects start at $4,000; anchor projects run $40,000+.
