Behind the Runway follows Mylitta Butler, her right hand Becky, and the designers staking everything on one New York Fashion Week runway. Mylitta brought the idea and produced it; we built it into a character-driven documentary with a trailer, a brand, and a custom website built as the pitch itself. We are showing the trailer and holding the film.

Mylitta came to us with an idea. We helped turn it into something bigger.
Behind the Runway started with Mylitta Butler, a fashion industry executive who produces New York Fashion Week and wanted her world on film. We took that idea and built it into a character-driven documentary, following Mylitta, her right hand Becky, and the designers betting everything on one runway, Gennifer, Allie, and Ligardy. From there we carried it past a single film into a trailer, a brand, and a pitch website.

Turn one person's idea into a series people would watch.
Mylitta had the vision and the access. Our job was to make it feel like television. That meant capturing a real, high-pressure backstage world honestly, drawing real characters out in interviews, and cutting it all so it moves like a reality series with stakes and an arc, then building the brand and the website so the whole thing reads as a finished property.

Eight of us, a full crew, building a reality series out of real life.
We put eight people on it, camera operators, photographers, editors, designers, producers, and audio assistants. We filmed the backstage days and sat the cast down for interviews, then cut the two together so the film builds like a reality series, with characters and an arc rather than a recap. Around the film we designed the identity and the gold lockups, and built a custom website that works as the pitch itself, a scrollable, cinematic deck that puts the trailer, the cast, and the series concept in front of a network the way a flat PDF never could.
