Luxury event production for a 90th anniversary celebration in partnership with Purple PR and a flagship store grand opening on Madison Avenue, with deliverables coordinated across New York and Italy.

Two events. Two teams waiting on deliverables. One here, one in Italy.
Purple PR brought us in for the 90th anniversary experience. An Italian luxury house doesn't celebrate nine decades with a cocktail hour. They built an immersive brand installation that needed content for three audiences on three timelines: media outlets before the event ended, social while influencers were still in the room, and archival footage polished enough to live in Canali's brand story permanently. The Madison Avenue flagship opening was a different production with the same pressure. Both with global teams expecting assets fast enough to share across channels while the events were still fresh.

Luxury standards, live delivery, two time zones.
Every frame had to feel as premium as the label. Cinema cameras for the brand film, photography that could run in any major publication, live interviews with key guests. Nothing could look rushed even though everything was happening at once. Post-production had to happen on-site for the anniversary. And Canali's team in Italy needed assets for both events before their next business day started.

On-site editing while the events were still going.
For the anniversary we ran a hybrid crew. Cinema cameras for the brand film. Photography for press. Live interviews with key guests. Post-production set up on-site, editing and color grading while the event was still happening. By closing remarks, media outlets already had footage. Social cuts went live while influencers were still posting their own. The flagship opening got the same treatment. Full video and photography coverage. Deliverables coordinated across time zones so Italy had assets in hand before their morning meetings.
