Full-day photo and video coverage of the Octus New York Credit Forum, a panel event for senior clients, delivered as a same-night photo gallery, a 90-second recap in vertical and horizontal, and social cutdowns.

Octus brought its senior clients together for a day of panels. Every speaker and executive needed to be in the story.
Octus, the credit intelligence platform, hosted its New York Credit Forum for senior clients, with panels on stage, a casual lunch, and a cocktail reception to close the day. The team sent over a speaker lookbook and a run of show ahead of time so their speakers and Executive Leadership Team would be featured throughout. They wanted photos fast, a recap video, and short clips they could repurpose after the event.

Cover a full day of panels and people without missing the faces that matter most.
A client forum moves through very different rooms in one day, a stage with speakers, a lunch, then a reception where the real conversations happen. Every executive and speaker on the lookbook had to show up in the final work, the space and the guests had to look as considered as the event itself, and the photos needed to land quickly enough for the team to share while the forum was still fresh.

Prep from the lookbook, two of us on the floor, edits started the same night.
We planned the day around Octus's run of show and speaker lookbook, so we knew who to find before we walked in. A videographer and a photographer covered the full day, the room as it was set, the panels and speakers, guests and portraits, and the reactions in between. The full photo gallery went out that night, and the first cut of the recap followed the next day in two versions, one with a voiceover and one with music only. We folded in notes from their creative director, added the Octus logo, and delivered the final recap in vertical and horizontal along with the social cutdowns.
