Three days of multi-day event production for ViralVision's TikTok Shop activation at Comic Con's 20th anniversary, with five to six social media cuts a day on a quick turnaround and a recap video of the full run.

TikTok Shop was selling collectibles live at Comic Con. The content had to move as fast as the floor.
ViralVision brought us in to run multi-day event production for TikTok Shop's live activation at Comic Con's 20th anniversary. The ask was content that kept the TikTok Shop collectibles feed updating in real time, five to six videos a day across all three days, plus a recap that captured the whole thing once the doors closed.

Keep a live feed fed in the middle of Comic Con.
Comic Con is wall-to-wall people, cosplay, lines, noise, and a floor that never empties, and the 20th anniversary only turned it up. We had to capture usable moments inside that crowd, edit them on a quick turnaround, and get five to six social media cuts out every day while the activation was still running, all without slowing the booth down or losing the energy that made people stop.

A crew of seven, a host on the floor, and edits turning over all day.
We ran a seven-person crew across photo, video, assistant producers, and editors, with our signature host Cate Jarrett on the floor driving the conversation with guests, creators, artists, and collectors on camera. The capture team fed the editors through the day, so social media cuts went out the same day for TikTok Shop's live collectibles feed. At the end of the run we cut a recap video that pulls all three days into one piece.
